Corner rounding machines cut the square corners off material, rounding them.

How many can I punch at one time?
Some corner rounding machines can cut a 3-mil laminate, or about 3 papers, in one cut. Other corner rounding machines cut up to 1/2" of material in one cut.

What type of maintenance is required with a corner rounding machines?
No maintenance is required.

What is the smallest size corner rounding die available?
1/8" is the smallest die you can buy for your corner rounding machine, which is the size used for rounding ATM and credit cards.

What is the difference between a die cutter and a corner rounding machine?
Die cutters can be customized to cut rounded corners, although they cut out all the corners simultaneously. Corner rounding machines are able to cut one corner at a time, and allow you to cut any size material.
