The Tahsin 213-PB is a 2 in 1 plastic comb and double loop wire-binding machine. The punching die punches holes for plastic comb and 19-ring spiral-O double loop wire. The Tahsin 213-PB also includes a 3-hole punch. The 21 disengaging dies help to prevent edge nicking on odd sized paper. The 213-PB can punch up to 25 sheets of paper and binds plastic comb up to 2" (425 sheets of standard paper).
